Abstract
Ethics is “à la mode”. It is the executive manager’s responsability to secure a full grasp of these concepts which are not always enunciated on his initiative. It is important to examine what corporate ethics is today. Corporate ethics charter not only present the danger of making corporate ethics predominate over morals, but even over law because anglo-saxon and romano germanic law and culture are different. What is permitted in certain countries is not in others.
