Abstract
High-speed, fast changing business environments have increasingly challenged traditional organizational structures. Project-based organization has become a key organizational capability but is often perceived “dilution” of organizational knowledge. Calling into question this limit of the project-based organization, this research shows how the companies having opted for a project-based organization are able to ensure the capitalization of the new knowledge developed during the projects.
