      "fr" => "Les fermetures d'hôpitaux pendant l'été 1997 comme la publication de listes noires d'hôpitaux démontrent qu'il convient de metre en place de façon urgente une évaluation de la qualité de la prise en charge globale des patients dans les établissements, c'est-à-dire l'accréditation. Seule une évaluation fondée sur des critères validés pourra répondre aux attentes légitimes de la population et éclairer les choix en matière de restructuration."

This demonstrates the urgent need for an evaluation of the quality of care in the hospitals i.e. accreditation. Such evaluation based on validated  criteria will only be able to answer to patient demands and help in restructuring of the hospital network."
