Accepter le risque et l'incertitude. Point de passage obligé
The current managerial context demands that people and organizations integrate uncertainty in their daily work. Risk and uncertainty are differentiated on the basis of the possibility of measure: uncertainty is not measurable. The paradoxical reaction to this context is an increasing level of measure – everything is supposed to be or to become measurable – e.g. “auditable”. Such an evolution is potentially dangerous for persons and organizations. Based on an approach to ethics in organizations, we give some practical guidelines on relearning how to operate in uncertainty. Link to the article
