      "fr" => "Cette communication montre l'intérêt de compléter l'approche phénoménologique de l'environnement par la modélisation systémique. Dans la recherche relatée, des modèles systémiques de l'expérience d'habitants ont été construits et ces derniers ont participé à la validation des modèles les concernant. La synthèse de ces expériences sous forme de modèle systémique constitue une aide à la décision sur l'environnement pour les planificateurs et les élus."
      "en" => "This paper underlines the advantage of using systemic modelling as a complement to a phenomenological approach towards the environment. In our research, we build up systemic models of the residents' experiences and the latter  help us to validate them. Once included into a systemic model, the synthesis of the residents' experiences helps the planners and the elected representatives to make decisions concerning the environment."
