      "fr" => "Des médiateurs , les correspondants de nuit ont été recrutés par des municipalités françaises pour réduire la violence dans les quartiers, par le dialogue et une aide matérielle. Les correspondants de nuit semblent à même de réduire les incivilités. Cet article relate les résultats de deux enquêtes menées par des étudiants de l'ESSEC MBA à Cergy. Même si les recommandations de recruter des correspondants de nuit n'ont pas encore été suivies, plusieurs décisions prises par les bailleurs sociaux et d'autres acteurs publics visent à réduire la violence, à travers les processus de médiation."
      "en" => "Mediators, called "  night correspondents",have been hired by some French municipalities to reduce in the neighborhoods, using dialogue and daily help. Night correspondents seem to be especially appropriate to reduce incivility, i.e. daily nonrespectful behavior. This essay reports on the results of two surveys conducted in Cergy by MBA students of two seminars at ESSEC business school. Although the recommendation of hiring night correspondents has not been followed yet in Cergy, several decisions have been taken by the social lessors and other public actors in the neigborhoods aimed at reducing violence, through mediation processes."
