A propos des croyances en gestion des Ressources Humaines

The belief in Human Resources Management has a twofold nature: it is structured and founding. It can be shared in the long term only if it comes within the scope of other beliefs. It becomes then an element to which other beliefs as well as derived HRM practices are added. The authors examine the scientific validity of shared beliefs and the conditions of their success.
