In 2004, the function RH is encouraged to widen its sphere of activity to answer the challenges and waitings. The research of excellence in the traditional fields of the function is not enough any ore. The transformation of the context, internal and external, and evolution of the requirements with regard to the enterprise, impose the widening of the territory of the function RH in several directions: values, durable development, widened social responsibility, externalization, equity, innovation, health-safety, company with the chart.
