De la GRH à la gestion des personnes : l’apport des NTIC

Abstract
The NTIC loosens the DRH of the administrative tasks and the management. The improvement of search engines and filters allows to master the volume and the aptness of the information. Wage-earning LSRH and LSRH managers can be additional. The LRSh strengthens the missions “strategic partners” and “business partners” of the DRH by freeing (releasing) from time, by supplying the actors with information and the relevant knowledges at used time and by arranging data and means of appropriate treatments.
