Abstract
This paper presents an expert system called COBEX developed for the analysis of brand choice behavior. This system is based on the Engel-Blackwell-Miniard model. More precisely, this paper describes several applications of the expert system to evaluate several purchase scenarios, to compute the market share for a set of products, to analyze a group reference reaction to a given marketing stimuli set.
