      "fr" => "Cet article explore le rôle fondamental de la narration dans le soin, en s’appuyant sur les concepts issus de la médecine narrative, de l’éthique narrative et de la psychothérapie institutionnelle. Il développe des balises narratives qui permettent d’humaniser le soin en reconnaissant la pluralité des voix et des récits qui le composent. Ces balises structurent le développement d’une compétence narrative comme outil d’accompagnement en situations complexes. De manière pratico-pratique, elles permettent de se demander ce qui rend une situation complexe."

It develops narrative guidelines that humanize care by recognizing the plurality of voices and narratives that comprise it. These guidelines structure the development of narrative competence as a support tool in complex situations. From a practical perspective, they allow us to consider what makes a situation complex."
