Biography

Caroline Lee joined the Department of Accounting and Management Control at ESSEC in 2021 as an assistant professor. She received her Ph.D. in accounting from Temple University. She worked as an auditor at PwC in South Korea. Her research focuses on firm decisions in capital markets including financial reporting and voluntary disclosures. She is also interested in exploring the information environment and information intermediaries such as financial analysts.
