<p><span style="color:#404040">Alexandra GATTINO-POLLICOTT est <b>docteur en droit privé</b> de l’Université Paris-Dauphine, titulaire du <b>CAPA</b> (Certificat d’Aptitude à la Profession d’Avocat) et d’un <b>LL.M.</b> (Masters of Law) en Droit du Commerce International de l’Université de Northumbria, Newcastle, Angleterre. </span></p>\n

<p><span style="color:rgb(64, 64, 64)">Diplômée d’un </span><b style="color:rgb(64, 64, 64)">D.E.S.S.</b><span style="color:rgb(64, 64, 64)"> en Droit de l’Informatique et de la Communication de l’Université d’Orléans et d’une maîtrise de droit privé de l’Université Paris XI (Sceaux), elle se spécialise en droit de la propriété intellectuelle en 2003. Elle parfait sa formation internationale en rejoignant l’Académie d’été de l’Organisation Mondiale de la Propriété Intellectuelle à Genève en 2007.</span></p>\n

<p><span style="color:rgb(64, 64, 64)">Sa thèse porte sur le renforcement de l’effectivité de la lutte contre la contrefaçon des marchandises de marques françaises illégalement fabriquées en Chine et en Thaïlande. Ses travaux appréhendent la propriété intellectuelle dans sa dimension interdisciplinaire et l’abordent tant sous l’angle juridique qu’en relation aux autres sciences connexes telles que l’économie, la politique ou la sociologie (enquêtes de terrain). Elle traite également des divergences de culture juridique et religieuse entre certains pays du Sud-est asiatique et les pays occidentaux dont la France, en présentant un éclairage original sur l’application et sur la réception du droit dans ces Sociétés.</span></p>\n

<p><span style="color:rgb(64, 64, 64)">Responsable Juridique puis </span><b style="color:rgb(64, 64, 64)">Directrice Administrative et Financière</b><span style="color:rgb(64, 64, 64)"> pendant 7 ans au sein d’une entreprise d’import-export d’emballages et de produits d’art de la table et co-créatrice de l’Ice bag®, elle a été quotidiennement confrontée aux défis opérationnels rencontrés par les dirigeants de PME dans les domaines liés au commerce, à l’innovation ou au management des ressources humaines dans un contexte international et en mode « start-up » à forte croissance. Elle a également pratiqué le droit de la propriété intellectuelle au sein de cabinets d’avocats internationaux, anglais et américains, en France comme en Asie. <p><span style="color:rgb(13, 13, 13)">Doctor in law since 2011, her works handle the reinforcement of the fight against French branded products illegally manufactured in Thailand and China. She adopted an interdisciplinary approach of intellectual property law in the global economy, linking this issue with related topics such as sociology, religion, economics and political science. Her research was supported by an investigation led on the ground and with interviews of the players of the fight as well as those of counterfeiting, in France (consuming country) and then in China and Thailand (producing countries). The result of this study led to a variety of measures to reinforce the effectiveness of law in the fight against counterfeiting. She was appointed in 2016 as an expert by the French Ministry of Economy to lead a research on the economic impact of counterfeiting to the French companies.</span></p>\n

<p><span style="color:rgb(13, 13, 13)"> Working as a legal advisor and then as a Chief Financial Officer at GIMEX INTERNATIONAL (packaging firm) for 7 years, she was in charge of the legal and financial departments, human resources management and general administration. She was faced with operational challenges encountered by most SMEs in various sectors in fields such as commerce, innovation and human resources management in an international environment. </span></p>\n
