"fr" => "Le contexte contemporain du management exige des organisations et des personnes qu’elles sachent évoluer dans l’incertain, qui se différencie du risque par le fait qu’il n’est pas mesurable quand bien même de manière probabiliste. La réponse paradoxale à cette exigence consiste à tenter de tout mesurer – c’est le règne du tout mesurable. Les conséquences d’une telle évolution sont potentiellement particulièrement fâcheuses. Sur la base d’une approche de l’incertitude coextensive à l’approche de l’éthique au sein des organisations, l’on propose quelques orientations méthodologiques pour réapprendre à évoluer dans l’incertain."
"en" => "The current managerial context demands that people and organizations integrate uncertainty in their daily work. Risk and uncertainty are differentiated on the basis of the possibility of measure: uncertainty is not measurable. The paradoxical reaction to this context is an increasing level of measure – everything is supposed to be or to become measurable – e.g. “auditable”. Such an evolution is potentially dangerous for persons and organizations. Based on an approach to ethics in organizations, we give some practical guidelines on relearning how to operate in uncertainty."

"fr" => "Il est, à la fois du point de vue managérial et théorique, extrêmement fertile d’aborder les organisations comme des séries de tensions à rééquilibrer continûment. La tension entre reconnaissance de la complexité des organisations et de l’environnement d’une part, et désir de simplicité en vue de l’efficacité des opérations d’autre part fait éminemment partie de ces tensions, et elle est pour partie reconductible à celle entre changement et stabilité. On observe qu’un moyen éminemment efficace de favoriser le changement est de reconnaître le rôle dominant que jouent dans la vie quotidienne de toute organisation, aussi « agile » soit-elle, les habitudes ou les routines. L’on ne peut se départir d’un obstacle qu’une fois qu’on le reconnaît."

Une étude un peu approfondie de l’histoire de la philosophie politique d’une part, et des développements que connaissent actuellement les notions de responsabilité sociale des entreprises, de développement durable et d’éthique, révèlent cependant des liens étroits entre ces deux manières de vivre et de penser. Ceci apparaît d’autant plus clairement lorsque l’on comprend la notion de « mondialisation » sur la base de celle, explicitée par Kojève à la suite de Hegel, de « Fin de l’Histoire ». Nous présentons quelques caractéristiques de la « fin de l’historie » interprétées sur le plan du management."

Il est indispensable de reconnaître la complexité du monde où nous vivons pour y rendre les actions et les opérations (paradoxalement) plus simples. Or, un double simplisme caractérise tendanciellement le management. Celui, pratique, du court-termisme spontanément orienté vers les solutions – parfois sans savoir à quels problèmes cela correspond ou s’il s’agit des problèmes pertinents à traiter. En contre-point de ces simplismes tendanciels, la pensée complexe d’Edgar Morin apparaît comme une voie de réelle montée en puissance de l’efficacité des organisations, et du bonheur de leurs membres."

La neutralité axiologique présentée et défendue par Max Weber a, entre autre, pour conséquence l'impossibilité d'identifier les dangers politiques les plus graves de la modernité. Il convient de saisir de près le statut des différents régimes politiques au regard de la connaissance que l'on peut en avoir. Dans un ouvrage consacré au Hiéron de Xénophon, qui porte sur la tyrannie, Léo Strauss a singulièrement mis en lumière ce statut. Nous examinons linéairement cet ouvrage du sociologue de la connaissance intitulé "On Tyranny"."

L'on montre les limites de la fondation de cette dernière à partir de la seule lutte à mort pour la reconnaissance. L'on montre que, faute de considérer de plus près la nature des rapports entre mâles et femelles, Kojève manque un élément fondamental de ce qui est ici appelé Gynégenèse en relation avec une Androgenèse également présentée."
